A series of intense rainstorms and subsequent flash floods have devastated portions of central Kentucky over the weekend, resulting in the deaths of at least four individuals, according to Governor Andy Beshear. Of the casualties, three occurred within Madison County, while a fourth fatality was reported in Jackson County.
